Bug Users cannot receive E-Mails from VSRG.org

Information for 18.03.2023
- Users will not receive confirmation E-Mails. (Temporary fix: Confirmation not needed)
- Users can't subscribe to a thread or resource and receive update via. E-Mail
- Password can't be changed or resetted if forgotten. Please contact Staff

Update for 19.03.2023
Users will now receive E-Mails for registration, forgotten passwords & newsletter.
Altho for now, I decided to not make E-Mail confirmation necessary!
